    Italian-born and London-based, Francesca Confortini, is a dynamic jazz vocalist, songwriter, and bandleader whose artistry bridges genres and emotions. With a foundation in musical theatre and a Master’s in Jazz Studies from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Francesca brings both technical prowess and heartfelt expression to the stage.

    Her original compositions, including her last acclaimed single Pieces of Glass, showcase a fusion of jazz, pop, and R&B influences. The song resonated across international music blogs, praised for its emotional depth, musical sophistication, and contemporary edge.

    A versatile performer, Francesca has collaborated with Yusuf Islam (Cat Stevens), led gypsy-jazz ensembles such as Trio Manouche and Gypsy Dynamite, and has performed at prestigious venues like Ronnie Scott’s, the 606 Club, and the Blue Note in Milan.

    Her quintet—featuring Daniele Antenucci (drums), Giovanni Cresseri (bass), Chris Bland (piano), and Giulio Romano Malaisi (guitar)—delivers her original material with both elegance and fire.
