  • Comparing Notes brings stars of the West End and Broadway to Crazy Coqs, Live at Zedel. In a lively and informal mix of performance and conversation host Edward Seckerson will be getting up close and personal with these musical theatre luminaries and emerging stars, exploring the stories behind the songs and the personalities behind the artistry.

    For this show, Edward will be joined by rising star Freddie King, who recently played Jason ‘JD’ Dean in the West End production of ‘Heathers – The Musical’ at The Other Palace.

    Freddie King’s Theatre credits include: Henrik in ‘A Little Night Music’ for Opera Holland Park, ‘The Danish Girl’ Workshop, Henry in ‘Gentlemen Prefer Blondes’ The Union Theatre, Fender in ‘Hairspray’, Gilbert in ‘Betty Blue Eyes’ and Seymour in ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ all for Grange Park Opera.

    Other theatre: ‘The Light in the Piazza’ Quick Fantastic, ‘Pride at the Palace’ Palace Theatre, Harry in ‘Pieces of String’ Workshop, Peter in ‘Peter Pan’, Otto in ‘Grand Hotel’ (LSMT where Freddie also trained) and Matthew Bourne’s ‘Edward Scissorhands’ for New Adventures.

    Freddie also appeared in the WhatsOnStage Awards – Jerry Herman Tribute.
