Celebrate Cheese Week at Brasserie Zédel

If there’s one thing the French do with unmistakable flair, it’s cheese. A staple at the end of every good meal, a centrepiece at gatherings, and a point of national pride, the culinary art of Cheese in France is rich and varied…

So, to mark Cheese Week (1 – 7 June), we’re celebrating in the most delicious way we know – with a week-long tribute to fromage in all its glorious forms.

The Zédel Cheese Trolley

A centrepiece of our dining experience, the Chariot de Fromages is a beautifully curated cheese trolley that showcases a rotating selection of the finest French cheeses. Carefully aged and expertly sourced, it’s a celebration of terroir and tradition. Served tableside, our knowledgeable team will guide you through each selection – be it a creamy Brie, a buttery comté or a firm goat’s cheese.

An Homage to Fromage

Our head chef has curated a special menu, exclusively available 1-7 June highlighting regional French cheeses and classic techniques, reimagined with a touch of Zédel flair.

From the French Alps, you might opt for a hearty Croziflette de Savoy, made with Reblochon cheese and served with a crisp green salad to cut through its richness. It’s a dish born for mountain chalets, served in the heart of Soho.

And if you’re craving something sweet to end your meal, our vanilla cheesecake with blackberry compote is as decadent as it is refreshing.
