If there’s one thing the French do with unmistakable flair, it’s cheese. A staple at the end of every good meal, a centrepiece at gatherings, and a point of national pride, the culinary art of Cheese in France is rich and varied…
So, to mark Cheese Week (16-22 February), we’re celebrating in the most delicious way we know – with a week-long tribute to fromage in all its glorious forms.
The Zédel Cheese Trolley
A centrepiece of our dining experience, the Chariot de Fromages is a beautifully curated cheese trolley that showcases a rotating selection of the finest French cheeses. Carefully aged and expertly sourced, it’s a celebration of terroir and tradition. Served tableside, our knowledgeable team will guide you through each selection – be it a creamy Brie, a buttery comté or a firm goat’s cheese.

An Homage to Fromage
Our head chef has curated a special menu, exclusively available 16-22 February highlighting regional French cheeses and classic techniques, reimagined with a touch of Zédel flair.
The menu highlights regional cheeses and classic techniques, reimagined with Zédel’s signature elegance, guests might enjoy a comforting Baked Camembert with Quince, or indulge in a nod to our heritage with a Parisienne Gnocchi with Roquefort cheese and a green salad.
And if you’re craving something sweet to end your meal, our Blood Orange Cheesecake is as decadent as it is refreshing.
