Bastille Ballot Terms and Conditions
- Prizes in Zédel can only be claimed between 12th-14th July and must be claimed at the time agreed with the reservations team.
Only one ballot entry per person will be counted. - The ballot will be closed by 10am Monday 7th July and all winners contacted by Wednesday 9th July
If successful, Zédel’s reservation team will be in touch to confirm your prize and book your table.
Only successful applicants will be contacted to confirm their prize.
Please note that if you are successful, you will have 24 hours to confirm your prize otherwise it will be re-submitted into the ballot.
There is no cash equivalent for any prize. - The Box at The Royal Albert Hall Prize is redeemable only on select dates, subject to availability and is only available to be redeemed at performances by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra – no hospitality is included in this prize.
- All prizes pertain to and are limited to the items described in the ballot, and anything additional ordered will be payable by the guest.
