  • Undeniably, the most loved and respected Gypsy musician on the planet, violin superstar Tcha Limberger, has recently been accorded the title by The Times, “Polymath King of Gypsy music”.

    A blind musician born in Belgium, acclaimed across musical genres, celebrated within the jazz and world/folk music worlds as both a singer and instrumentalist. He has been recognised as one of the most prominent and important figures in folk music of the Carpathian basin.

    With guitarist Dave Kelbie, accompanist to world-class musicians such as Evan Christopher in Django a la Creole, John Etheridge’s Sweet Chorus, Don Vappie and Jazz Creole, Fapy Lafertin and Tcha Limberger, Mark Elton, an extremely versatile bass player and founder of CW Stoneking’s Primitive Horn Orchestra and Melbourne’s Punk New Orleans band, The Hoodangers, and legend of both London’s Classic jazz & African music scenes, guitarist John Kelly.
