Rising through London’s bustling Jazz scene, singer, songwriter, composer and arranger Ray Estaire continues to deliver ground breaking talent; with her triple octave gift. With a background of Grenadian, Jamaican and Scottish ancestry, Estaire possesses a deep, rich tone reminiscent of the late Sarah Vaughan. Fresh out of UK’s leading conservatoire; Estaire was awarded a distinction in Jazz. More recently Estaire performed an acoustic rendition of her single ‘Forget About Me’ live on Mi-Soul Radio followed by an interview with the longstanding BBC radio broadcaster; Ronnie Herel. Now with a stellar performance at Boisdale (Canary Wharf), a sold out headline show at Pizza Express Jazz Club, and a breathtaking performance with Ian Shaw at the Jazz FM Classic Playback Series under her belt, Ray Estaire is ready to take centre stage.
