  • The Blues. One of the most important and transformative genres in all of music — a genre born in the African American tradition of the Mississippi Delta, one that seeded rock ‘n’ roll, soul, gospel and every sound that followed.

Wild Women Don’t Sing The Blues is an electrifying musical journey rooted in personal heritage. Kimberly’s great-grandfather born in the early 1900s in Northern Louisiana — played the very music she now honours on stage. This is not a traditional concert. It is a full experience where music, storytelling, performance and atmosphere collide — tracing the blues from dusty Mississippi crossroads to the neon-lit speakeasies of New York and London.

  • Kimberly Nichole (KIM NICKY) has been ripping stages worldwide for more than a decade. Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, her musical sound was shaped by the groundbreaking grunge music of her hometown and the blues, soul and gospel roots of her Louisiana native parents.

As a songwriter, her original music has been featured in tv and film (NETFLIX, MTV, VH1).  She has shared stages with Rock & Roll Hall of Famer’s Slash (Guns N Roses), Nancy Wilson (Heart), and Joe Walsh (the Eagles), as well as with Grammy winning/nominated artists Usher Raymond, Nona Hendryx (Labelle), Living Colour, Ledisi, Christina Aguilera, Cory Henry, Durand Bernarr and Janelle Monae.

She made her Broadway debut in the limited engagement of ROCKtopia, where the New York Times praised her performance.. Additionally, she was cast as the Gypsy/Acid Queen in the ROCK opera “The Who’s TOMMY” at the John F. Kennedy Center of Performing Arts: Broadway Series (Washington,DC). Kimberly was also a finalist and fan favorite on The Voice (USA).

A highly sought after compere/MC and speaker, she has hosted The BRITS’ Dinner and VIP party, Usher Raymond’s London O2 Arena Sold Out Afterparty, The Box London 10 Year Anniversary and has been a frequent guest speaker at the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music (NYU).
