Christian Holder: Suite 60s – Sweet 70s

Christian Holder returns with his new show, Suite 60s – Sweet 70s, inspired by music from these two vibrant decades.

Embracing both pop songs, and songs from Broadway and West End productions, the composers included are Stevie Wonder, Leonard Bernstein, Richard Rodgers, Phil Spector, Charles Strouse, Smokey Robinson, Marvin Hamlisch, Marvin Gaye, and Lennon and McCartney. Musical director, David Clement-Smith leads a trio of piano, bass, and drums.

Christian’s multi-faceted theatrical background propels him to present the songs, and auto-biographical narration and verse, as an evocative remembrance of, and love letter to, these formative years that illuminated his life.
