A six-time Olivier Award nominee, Sophie Thompson won the 1999 Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical for the London revival of Into the Woods. She is also widely celebrated for her screen credits including Four Weddings and a Funeral, Persuasion and Emma.

Host Avril Freck (aka Fiona Lindsay) and a company of wonderful women – Psychotherapist Sasha Bates, Singer and Musician Juliette Pochin and DJ Cookie, will guide you through an exploration of the challenges and adventures of mid-life love, romance and facing yourself.
