  • Rising star vocalist Annie Majin returns to Crazy Coqs, accompanied by swing and bebop guitar extraordinaire Honey Boulton, to celebrate the legendary 20th-Century composer Cy Coleman.

Annie has a flare for both jazz and Golden Age musical theatre, and loves to sing tunes that lie at the intersection of both. Her charming and powerful voice has connected with audiences around the country, at venues such as Labroke Hall, Green Note, Jazz Sanctuary, Twinwood Festival and many more. Annie recently appeared in the UK premiere production of Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812 at the prestigious Donmar Warehouse.

Honey Boulton, an outstanding and much in-demand swing/bepop guitarist has a large body of original works, including his recent album ‘Honey Plays Boulton’. His playing and compositions draw inspiration from the great music of the past but are distinctly grounded in the 21st Century, expressing an enthusiasm for performing and creating swinging, feel-good music in the year 2024.

This concert explores the playful and romantic repertoire of composer Cy Coleman, known for his vast body of work including Sweet Charity, and I Love My Wife.
