Is there a waiting area for the Crazy Coqs?
We don’t have a dedicated waiting area in the venue, but as Crazy Coqs is part of Brasserie Zedel, we encourage our guests to enjoy the street level cafe or Bar Américain, a classic American bar serving traditional mixed drinks in a spectacular Art Deco setting – just across the foyer from The Crazy Coqs.
How will I receive my tickets?
All tickets are issued as digital e-tickets. These will be emailed to you when you book. Physical tickets or tickets on your smartphones are not required. Customers can simply provide their name on the door.
If you have any questions about your purchase, please contact us at info@crazycoqs.com

What if I’m late?
We encourage our audience to arrive on time, but we understand that there may be circumstances causing lateness. We will allow you to enter the venue once the show starts however, please note that the company reserves the right to give away booked or paid for seats in the event of the booking holder arriving 15 minutes after the advertised start time of the main act.
Will I be able to leave once the show has started?
You can leave the venue and re-enter at any time. The venue is very intimate, so we advise you to do it during the applause.
Has Crazy Coqs got step-free access?
Yes. Please let the box office know if you need assistance and we will prepare the ramp for you to access the venue as there is a small flight of steps leading up it.
Are there age restrictions in your venue?
We welcome customers of all ages to our venue, but due to the nature of our shows and the intimate setting of the venue, we recommend that you do not bring young children. Some of our shows are 18 + but not all of them. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask the box office for additional advice.
Will I have to share a table?
If the show is busy, there is a good chance you will share a table if you are smaller than a party of four.
If I booked more than one ticket, will my party be sat together?
The maximum party size we accommodate in Crazy Coqs is ten. Crazy Coqs is an intimate venue and we have found that groups larger than this can be unintentionally disruptive to the shows and the experience of our other guests.
Our box office will automatically allocate parties up to ten booked under the same name together. If your party is booked under multiple names please email the box office at info@crazycoqs.com with the names of the bookings that would like to be seated together.
Can I choose which table I will be sat at?
Your seats shall be assigned by the maître d’ on the evening. Please note specific seating cannot be guaranteed. Please email info@crazycoqs.com before you arrive at the venue and we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Brasserie Zédel, which is adjacent to The Crazy Coqs, is open for dinner before and after the shows; we would recommend checking timings and booking in advance by calling 020 7734 4888 or booking online.
Please make sure if you book a table in the Brasserie you allow at least one hour before the show start time.
