Mozes Rosenberg & Filippo Dall’Asta

Run by musicians and music lovers, the Gypsy Jazz Festival of London is a showcase of some of the world’s finest forward-thinking Gypsy and Chamber Jazz.

One of the worlds finest living guitarists, Mozes Rosenberg is joined by international star Filippo Dall’Asta on guitar and top local players Tobie Medland on violin and Simon Read on double bass.

Not many can boast accolades as impressive as Mozes Rosenberg. A member of the Dutch Sinti Gypsy community, he was performing on Dutch television by the age of 7. Mozes has played at a huge number of international festivals and clubs, and collaborated with influential players including Joe Zawinul, Paco de Lucia and Tcha Limberger.

Italian Guitarist Filippo Dall’Asta has toured with top names including Lollo Meier, Giacomo Smith, John Wheatcroft, Duved Dunajevsky, Rares Morarescu, Tara Minton (Björk) and Mehboob Nadeem. His touring resume covers Germany, India, Italy, France, Spain, England, Malta and Russia, with notable appearances at The Royal Albert Hall, the Houses of Parliament, the Tower of London, the Union Chapel, and many festivals in France and Italy.
