A one woman performance showcasing the embodied voice of mezzo-soprano Verónica Chacón, punctuated with a variable classical repertoire, French songs and original texts.

With humour and mischief, Veronica invites you to meet some of the different characters from her own story. From her childhood, her training as a singer, and into her current stage of adulthood, Veronica takes you on a poetic vocal journey from the south of Spain to a Parisian cabaret via melodies by Fauré, Poulenc, Satie, les Frères Jacques. Veronica reinvents the classical vocal recital genre to flirt with café-théâtre… Who does she think she is?!
