Celebration Cakes Terms and Conditions

I have listed all allergies and intolerances on this form for those within my dining party and am aware that certain allergies may mean my order cannot be fulfilled by the pastry team. 

I am aware that if the Zedel team have not received payment before I arrive for my reservation, my order will be cancelled. 

I am aware that my order is only confirmed when I receive an email from the Zedel team to confirm and I complete the payment link. 

I am aware that if I am filling in this form less than 72 hours before my reservation, my order will not be accepted by the Zedel team. 

I am aware that all Zedel cakes are made to order in-house, and therefore there may be slight visual variations between the images of the cakes and each order we fulfil.
