Malinverni focuses on the beloved New York-centric music by Bernstein, from his shows “On the Town”, “Wonderful Town” and “West Side Story”, while putting his own personal touch on the music, proving that part of the greatness of Bernstein is the way his songs serve as excellent vehicles for Jazz expression.

Pete Malinverni, originally from Niagara Falls, NY, has been an important presence on the New York City Jazz scene since the early 1980s, and his performances are characterized by their daring and accessibility, as Pete brings his audiences along on an edifying – and fun – trip!
