Kit and McConnel March

Kit and McConnel defy description. Their cabaret is a unique blend of genteel satire through song, and now Kit Hesketh-Harvey & James McConnel are bringing KIT & McCONNEL IN CABARET to The Crazy Coqs.

With James at the piano, Kit sings a delightful mixture of witty original songs about politics, painful love, sex and personal issues. No two shows for Kit & McConnel are ever the same and anything can happen.

After thirty years, Kit and The Widow - Kit Hesketh-Harvey and Richard Sisson - went their separate ways, and Kit has teamed up with old friend James McConnel. They come to Crazy Coqs after their recent sell-out UK tour with Joan Rivers, and their five-star-across-the-board run at the Edinburgh Festival, which received fantastic reviews.

Says The Evening Standard - "an impeccably stylish act .... Hesketh-Harvey, all eloquent Noël Coward wordplay and satirical skewering ... McConnel, with the air of a professorial Hugh Grant, is his foil... The duo make beautiful musical comedy together. Their impressive range includes chansons, shanties and Chopin ... [a] splendid show." ****

Before and during the shows, cocktails, wines, champagnes and snacks are available. We would also encourage you to enjoy a meal in the Brasserie before or after a performance.
