Goût de France

On Thursday, 19 March 2015, Brasserie Zédel will be presenting a special dinner menu, as part of the Goût de France / Good France project.

Head Chef Andrew Parkinson has created a special menu to celebrate Goût de France, an initiative organised by Alain Ducasse and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and of International Development to honour French gastronomy on one day across five continents, with over 1,300 chefs worldwide participating.

The event was inspired by Auguste Escoffier, who launched the Dîners d'Épicure initiative in 1912 - the same menu, the same day, in several world cities and aimed at as many diners as possible.
