Making its much anticipated return, London Cocktail Week is here for the whole month of October.
Focussing on putting a contemporary twist on classics, our team at Bar Américain – led by Bars Manager, Sean Kelly – have created three limited edition serves, incorporating both a low and no alcohol option.
Crafted using Single Malt 12 year old Singleton Whisky, this classic tipple has been given a makeover. Blended with an in-house ginger infused syrup (or Oleo-Saccharum for those in the know) and finished off with a dash of Amontillado Sherry, our twist on the Whisky Mac delivers rounded flavour notes and a vibrant finish.
Mediterranean Highball (low ABV)
For those who are partial to a Vermouth or Campari – or simply looking for a lower alcohol content in their drink – the highball is for you. Teasing the flavours of a summer holiday spent by the azure blue of the Mediterranean, thanks to the heady combination of Belsazar White Vermouth, Masitha and apricot soda, this is one to savour.
Autumn Daisy (alcohol free)
With the equinox leading us into the new season, the Autumn Daisy provides a suitably warming and complex flavour. Created using Seedlip Spice, agave brings sweetness and balance to this ruby red delight.
