Made with coconut oil, Tanqueray 10, Kaffir Lime leaves infused Lillet Blanc, Suze and Orgeat

Blossom Spritz – £8

Made with Amaro Montenegro, Velvet Falernum, Everleaf Mountain, and topped up with tonic.

Malty Highball (alcohol free) – £6

Made with Lyre’s American Malt, infused with Assam tea, and topped up with soda water.
