'ROUND MIDNIGHT: THE HOT STRINGS REVIEW

Every Saturday, following the 9.15pm ticketed event earlier that night, our distinctive cabaret space will play host to this late-night music show.

With a different band each week, playing from around 11.00pm until 12.30am, the diverse line-up will champion the likes of Blues, Jazz, Swing, Cuban, Calypso, Americana, African Highlife and everything in between.

Please do not book tickets. This show is completely free of charge with no reservation required. Entry will be on a first come, first served basis.

The Hot Strings Review

Coming from the era when British singer/songwriter's defined themselves, Mike Piggott played no small part as sideman to cult figures such as Bert Jansch and Ralph Mctell. Recording with Peter Green and working with Denny Laine for a period of two years meant he was no stranger to the mainstream pop scene either. However, at the same time Piggott has carved out a dual career as one Britain's finest Swing Jazz fiddle players working with people such as John Etheridge, Martin Taylor and Bucky Pizzarelli. The New York Times dubbed him:

"One of the best jazz fiddlers anywhere..."
