STRING DOLLS, featuring unique arrangements of songs by great female artists from the 1970's to the present, including Carole King, Joni Mitchell, Camille, Kate Bush, Annie Lennox and more, is a breathtaking feast of violin, piano, double bass and soaring vocals, all delivered with the help of a loop pedal, allowing Richard to add layers of strings, trumpet and percussion. Backing is provided by the outstanding Nicholas Thurston on double bass.

As a versatile singer and multi-instrumentalist and an acclaimed songwriter in his own right, Richard Navarro's live show is becoming one of the most talked about on the national jazz-songwriter circuit. A 2013 appearance at The Stables and tour support for the likes of Joan Armatrading, Gwyneth Herbert and James Taylor Quartet have drawn outstanding reviews, with Richard's witty, original material and unique arrangements of well-known songs entertaining a wide spectrum of audiences.

Before and during the shows, cocktails, wines, champagnes and snacks are available. We would also encourage you to enjoy a meal in the Brasserie before or after a performance.
