"A mature and engaging British jazz vocalist."Jazzwize Magazine.
Popular jazz singer Lydia Garrow displays her incredible versatility, singing deeply moving ballads as well as sassy bossa nova numbers.
Born into a bohemian family where music was the staple diet,
Garrow grew up singing and playing music, later winning her a music
scholarship to her London school.
An early introduction to the great female jazz vocalists such as
Sarah Vaughan, Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald as well as
contemporary singers such as Stacey Kent and Madeleine Peyroux
ignited Lydia's passion for jazz. Having sung professionally since
the age of 17, Lydia has sung at numerous events around the world
and regularly packs out jazz clubs all over London.
