John Etheridge returns to Crazy Coqs with his much lauded solo show.

Employing an arsenal of guitars - and playing music spanning the decades and the continents - this is one of the most eclectic and all-embracing guitar extravganzas. From Django Reinhardt to Jimi Hendrix ,the repertoire reflects the career of a man who has been associated with acts as varied as Stephane Grappelli, Soft Machine, John Williams, Nigel Kennedy, Hawkwind, and Caravan. All this is delivered with humour and panache; an appeal that goes far beyond the guitar market.

"How can anyone achieve this level, not just of skill but of musical inclusiveness? Nothing seems to be beyond Etheridge's grasp" - The Observer

"Etheridge's penchant for simple, unaffected melody lines makes him ideal company in a venue as intimate as this" - The Times (at PizzaExpress Jazz Club)
