Superb quintet Heads South bring their exhilarating music to Crazy Coqs with sizzling Cuban jazz and Latin favourites, featuring the UK's top jazz trumpeter Steve Waterman and leading Cuban percussionist Chino Martell. With pianist and composer John Harriman, Buster Birch on drums and their newest member Adolfredo Pulido on bass.

For newcomers to this music, think of the adrenalin of jazz improvisation mixed with the warmth of a Latin evening - premium Latin jazz salsa that thrills the keen concert listener and the dance lover.

The Band¹s brand new album On The Way features irresistibly exuberant new Latin jazz originals and exciting arrangements of classic tunes.

The Band recently performed a national tour of Wales sponsored by the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and won the annual UK Jazz Services/National Rural Touring Award for 2014/5.

Before and during the shows, cocktails, wines, champagnes and snacks are available. We would also encourage you to enjoy a meal in the Brasserie before or after a performance.
