Franco-American pianist and composer Tom Sochas returns to Crazy Coqs to present some brand new mountain-inspired music recently composed out in Norway, as well as some tunes from his previous critically acclaimed album, The Sorcerer. He’ll be joined by master bass player Thodoris Ziarkas (Greece) and the inimitable Filippo Galli (Italy) on drums. Influenced by the likes of Esbjorn Svennson, Brad Mehldau and Eyolf Dale, you can expect a blend of delicate contrapuntal melodies and hard-hitting grooves.
