She is a regular guest artiste with BBC Concert Orchestra on Friday Night is Music Night, and has performed in cabaret in New York, London and LA.
Alongside being a music supervisor/director of West End and touring theatre, Simon has enjoyed a varied concert and cabaret career conducting/playing piano for such stars as Christina Bianco, Stephanie J Block, Susan Boyle, Barbara Cook, Cynthia Erivo, Maria Friedman, Haydyn Gwynne, Andrew Lippa, Lorna Luft, Millicent Martin, Lee Mead, Elaine Paige, and Monty Python, as well as concerts with the BBC Concert Orchestra.
