La Bouche Manouche is a chic jazz quintet influenced by the Jazz Age. Their creative Parisian Hot Club repertoire features Django Reinhardt and Edith Piaf classics as well as Gypsy songs, Charlestons, Latin and American swing tunes.
Featuring Irene Serra on vocals, all the musicians in the band are highly experienced, in-demand performers who have played many prestigious venues including the Royal Albert Hall, Barbican Centre, Royal Festival Hall and Ronnie Scotts.
“Serra’s voice is graceful and sensual, an occasional added vibrato giving it a hint of the chanteuse. The sound is beautiful” – All About Jazz
